Return & Exchange Terms
You have 7 days to decide whether the product meets your expectations and to request a return or exchange.
Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging.
We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without prior verification and approval from our team.
Please do not send returned items to the address listed on your package, as this may affect the processing of your return.
All shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable (all shipping charges for sending and returning items are non-refundable).
Types of Returns
- The delivered item does not match the ordered item (wrong size, wrong item, incorrect unit, incorrect image, etc.)
- The delivered item is incomplete (missing spare parts, components, or accessories)
- The delivered item was not intended for you (incorrect delivery)
- The delivered item is unsatisfactory (poor quality)
- The delivered item is damaged or not functioning properly
Return & Exchange Procedure
Please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days by submitting a return request via email at [email protected], including:
- Invoice number
- Tracking number
- Product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return (as listed above)
We will respond within 72 hours, and your patience is highly appreciated.
Once you receive return instructions from us, please pack the items securely in their original packaging and prepare them for return.
After the returned package is received and inspected, and upon approval by Al Tamimi Trading & Maintenance Company, we will proceed with either a refund or exchange based on the item’s condition.
Most returns are processed within 10–14 business days after receiving the package at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued to your bank account after completing the refund request form provided below.
