5. Commercial Terms
5.1 Pricing & Payment
Accepted payment methods include: Cash on Delivery, Visa, MasterCard, Mada, and other available options listed on the website.
All prices are subject to VAT at the time of entry into the system. If we are unable to ship your order, any unshipped items will be refunded either to your wallet or to the original payment method.
All prices listed exclude delivery and shipping fees.
Prices may change at any time; however, such changes will not affect confirmed orders.
Once you select the items you wish to purchase, they will be added to your cart. You will then proceed to checkout and payment by following the required steps. You may review and modify your order details before completing the payment.
All credit card data is encrypted. Upon receiving your order, we perform a pre-authorization to ensure sufficient funds are available. Charges will be processed immediately after authorization.
By clicking “Authorize Payment,” you confirm that the payment method belongs to you. Payments are subject to verification and authorization by the issuing bank. If authorization is declined, we are not responsible for delays or failure in delivery.
5.2 Shipping & Delivery
Tamimi Tools & Equipment ships from a single warehouse within Saudi Arabia. For orders containing multiple items, shipments may be split based on stock availability.
We aim to deliver orders within the shortest possible timeframe; however, delivery may take longer during peak periods. Please note that Friday and Saturday are not considered working days.

5.3 Title & Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Any claims related to damage during shipping must be directed to the carrier.
Claims for shortages or damages prior to delivery must be submitted within five (5) days of receipt, along with the original signed delivery note indicating the condition of the goods.
Ownership of the goods remains with Tamimi Tools & Equipment until full payment has been received.
5.4 Returns & Exchanges
Products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. Returns beyond this period will not qualify for free return shipping.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
Defective or incorrect products may be exchanged within 7 days. Upon verification, we will either replace the product or issue a full refund.
Refunds will be processed to your bank account after completing the refund request form. Please refer to the Returns & Refund Policy for further details.
